Industrial Engineering Learning Atmosphere Familiarization For Unity or often referred to as IELAFU, is an annual activity organized by the Industrial Engineering Study Program in collaboration with the Industrial Engineering Student Family (KMTI), the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. IELAFU as a program to welcome the Industrial Engineering Students class of 2019. IELAFU in the year holds at the 5th Floor Seminar Room of the Muhammadiyah Surakarta Postgraduate Building on Monday, September 2, 2019, until Wednesday, September 4, 2019.
IELAFU is an activity that aims to introduce the world of lectures and the lecture system within the scope of Industrial Engineering, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. All Industrial Engineering Lecturers, Industrial Engineering alumni, and outstanding students in Industrial Engineering attended the event. The plan in IELAFU contains material exposures and interactive games to make the atmosphere more pleasing.
The material in IELAFU 2019 includes the history of Industrial Engineering, the excellence of Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering props, and the lecture system in Industrial Engineering. In the interactive game session, one of which is about problems in the manufacturing industry or service industry, students then solve these problems and present them in the form of posters. In addition to interactive games, the 2019 IELAFU activities also invite alumni as testimonials from Industrial Engineering graduates of Muhammadiyah Surakarta University whos tell about their experiences while in the industrial world. Outstanding students also describe the lecture process in Industrial Engineering and share tips on following lectures and activities in Industrial Engineering.
